7-MILE RIM
Take a mellow ride through the back routes of Moab to view fascinating natural features and great spots to stop and enjoy the Moab atmosphere. This trail has mild to medium obstacles that beginner riders should have no issues overcoming. Near the middle point of the trail is a wall obstacle that is as fun as it is technical. Near the end of the trail, take a stop at Tusher Tunnel for a site you will never forget.
TRAIL NOTES
Road surfaces are rutted, rocky and sandy with steps not exceeding 14″, with considerable slickrock surfaces. Water not exceeding 12″ with some mud possible. Good vehicle approach and departure angles are helpful. Tall tires (30″ plus) reccomended.

Directions to meet your guide: Head north on Main Street (HWY 191), out of Moab, and continue north for approximately 9 miles after crossing the bridge. Just past the Moab Giants dinosaur Museum, there will be a pull out to the left at coordinates 38.679685, -109.692171.
Parking: If you are driving a street legal SxS to the lot, be sure to obey the law and drive to the far right while on the HWY and do not exceed 50 mph. There is ample parking at this lot however the lot can sometimes be rutted and muddy. Parking lot coordinates are 38.679685, -109.692171. You are strongly encouraged to trailer to the parking lot as the lot is several miles North of Moab.
