Stay right on site at no charge. Camping is dry, with no hookups. Let us know the size of your camper during registration so we can plan your spot.

Space Requirements
Every space is 10' x 10'. A vehicle won't fit in one, so measure your display and reserve the right size. Rear ramp access on a trailer needs extra room; include it in your request.

Setup Schedule
Setup is Wednesday, April 21, 2027. Every vendor will receive an email with their assigned setup time block ahead of the show.

Banner Space
Hang banners outside the arena at no charge. Space is limited and first come, first served. You put them up and take them down; anything left after the show is discarded.

Your Setup, Your Responsibility
Secure your own displays and awnings. Redrok Rally is not responsible for damaged or stolen items. No tables, chairs, power cords or supplies are provided; bring what you need. Outside spaces need a generator. Trash cans and dumpsters are on site.

Display Vehicles
Display vehicles can be brought in and out between show hours. We ask that you keep those movements and the noise to a minimum.

Requesting A Space
You may request a specific location. Because of seniority, demand and limited space, not every request can be accommodated. Check the layout for what's open.
